We always do our best to ship all orders as soon as possible. If you have placed an order for an item that is on stock, you should receive your order within 1-5 business days, depending on the country you live in. If you have pre-ordered an item, you can find the delivery date in the item description.

You will find a size guide next to each item. You can also see the height of the model and which size he/she wears. If you are between sizes, we advise you choose a bigger size.

We use Stripe (credit card), PayPal, Apple Pay, direct bank transfer and cash on delivery.

You can use your discount coupon at the checkout page.

If you haven’t received an e-mail with details of your order, please check the "promotions" or "spam" folder. If you can’t find the message there, you may have misspelled your e-mail while filing the order.

You can exchange your items in 90 days after receiving the order. The items must be in new condition: unwashed, undamaged with labels, and in the original packaging.

4. When we receive your package we will send you a confirmation email with your voucher in the same day. You will be able to spend this voucher on shipping as well.

You can return your items in 14 days after receiving the order. The items must be in new condition: unwashed, undamaged with labels, and in the original packaging.

We advise that you always try the items before washing them.

4. Your refund will be processed within 14 business days of receiving the package. You will receive the refund in the same way your payment has been made.

The buyer covers shipping to our warehouse, while the shipping back to the buyer covers Aeon Athletics Group. After making the exchange, you will receive the voucher for your item + shipping fee amount, so you can even add other items to the package and use free shipping.

Your refund will be processed within 14 business days of receiving the package.

We do our best to keep our items flawless, but it may happen that an item has a factory error.

All of our items are tested and we 100% stand behind them. All items with factory errors will be replaced on our expanses. If the item is not in stock, we will refund you the money.

Product reclamation procedure:

2. You will receive a confirmation email, to which you reply with the photos of the errors
   
3. You don't need to send the items to us yet. If the issue is clear, we may confirm the reclamation based on your photos. If we will need additional evidence, we will contact you
   
4. If reclamation is accepted, we will send you a replacement for the item. If we don't have the item on stock, we will refund you the money
